Tell Forge who buys
The video walkthrough has not been added yet. You can read the written guide below.
Start with one recognisable buyer
A buyer description should help a colleague understand who the content is for. Identify the role and the kind of organisation or working context that makes the offer relevant.
Describe the problem in the buyer's terms
Write what the buyer is trying to accomplish and where the difficulty occurs. Avoid turning every product feature into a supposed pain. A useful problem describes the work and its consequences for that person.
Connect the offer to that problem
Explain which part of your offer addresses the situation and why it is relevant. Keep that connection specific enough to review. If the same product serves several buyers, their reasons for caring may differ.
Add supportable evidence
Use evidence your organisation is authorised to publish. Distinguish an actual customer result from an illustrative example or a proposed outcome. Review customer names, quotations and figures before they are used in content.
Review the context as a short conversation
Read the buyer, problem and offer together. Could someone from that audience recognise the situation? Does the explanation state why your offer matters without assuming facts about the buyer that you do not know?
