Your information
Privacy
How this website handles enquiries, essential access information and optional embedded content.
Who is behind this website
Open for AI is owned by Synvera Company for Technologies, CR 7055177203, registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is operated by Trusted Data Technologies LTD. Our headquarters address is 3808, Al Urubah Road, Al Woroud, Riyadh 12252, Saudi Arabia.
Information you submit
When you request a demo, ask for information or send a question, the website records the information you provide: your name, email, optional company, selected interest, message and any preferred date, time and timezone. It also records the request reference, submission time and the acknowledgement of this notice.
We use these details to receive and manage your enquiry, respond to it and arrange a suitable next step. A preferred time is a request; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment.
Service providers and website operation
Enquiry records are held in the website's private application storage. Authorised administrators can review them and record follow-up notes. When email delivery is configured, the relevant details are processed by the selected email provider to send notifications and acknowledgements.
The hosting and network services used to deliver and protect the website may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, it processes information needed to assess the submission. The site does not use IP location to personalise its pages.
Cookies and external media
The CMS uses an essential session cookie for administrator access. This website does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics service by default.
Images may load from an external image host. When an embedded video loads on a guide page, or you follow an external platform link, the provider may receive connection information and apply its own privacy terms. Embedded players may load as you scroll near them, before you press Play. The live Forge, Post and Echo applications have their own account and service arrangements.
What to include in an enquiry
Please provide business context suitable for an initial discussion. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, patient records, consultation recordings or other sensitive information through the public forms.
Retention and your questions
Enquiries should be retained only while needed for the conversation, legitimate operational records or applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, use the contact form and identify the email address used for the original enquiry. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request can be handled.
This notice relates to the central Open for AI website. Project-specific data handling and the terms of each platform are addressed separately in the relevant engagement or service information.
