Prepare your outbound brief
The video walkthrough has not been added yet. You can read the written guide below.
Choose one offer
Start with a specific product or service. Write a short explanation of what it does and the problem it addresses. Add the public page that a relevant prospect should visit.
Describe the intended buyer
Identify the role and business context. Explain why this person would have a reason to consider the offer. Keep assumptions visible rather than presenting them as known facts about an individual.
Collect the evidence you can use
Prepare approved product information and any examples you are authorised to share. Review claims before they become part of an email. Avoid relying on unsupported comparisons or invented results.
Define the conversation goal
Decide what a useful response looks like: a request for information, a relevant introduction or an agreed demonstration. The message and the next step should fit each other.
Bring the process questions
Note who will review communication, which account will be used and how replies should be followed up. Confirm the live product's current capabilities, account requirements and sending options during your demonstration.
