Map your consultation follow-up workflow
The video walkthrough has not been added yet. You can read the written guide below.
Choose a representative process
Describe one consultation-related administrative workflow without including patient information. A fictional example is sufficient for an initial discussion of roles and handoffs.
Identify each responsibility
Write who prepares information, who reviews it, who approves a next step and who follows up. If responsibilities change by department or case, record that variation.
Mark the approval points
Separate preparation from clinical decision-making. Explain where your process requires clinician review and what evidence of that review the organisation needs.
Describe the handoffs
Identify the information that moves to the next person or system, how its status is tracked and what happens when the next step is delayed or incomplete.
List the implementation questions
Bring questions about the scope, existing systems, access, hosting, processing, retention and operational ownership. These arrangements should be confirmed for your proposed implementation rather than inferred from a general product overview.
Request an Echo demonstration using business context only. Do not submit patient records or recordings through the public enquiry form.
